It is situated on the waters edge only a few metres from the lovely sandy beaches.
The Cobb Arms is fully licensed with an extensive food menu which is available all day throughout the summer serving everything from sandwiches, light snacks to three course meals at the bar or in the restaurant. A good choice of wines are available to accompany any type of food you require.
Children are made very welcome and are catered for with their own menu.
We have a full childrens’ certificate.
During the winter our full menu is still available but at reduced opening times.
The Cobb Arms is a very busy Cobb, harbour side pub with excellent bed and breakfast facilities.
The Cobb Arms has three excellent letting rooms, each room has a double bed and a single bed that can sleep 3, but extra beds or travel cots can be added by arrangement.
All rooms have been decorated to a high standard and include colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryer. Towels are changed daily.
All rooms are ‘no smoking’.
Well behaved dogs are welcome with well placed water bowls dotted around the pub and garden areas.
Room 1 overlooks the patio and garden area with views of the marine parade. It has a full bathroom which is fully tiled and has both shower and bath facilities.
Room 2 enjoys sea and coast views over the Cobb and harbour area. It has a full bathroom which is fully tiled and has both shower and bath facilities.
Room 3 has lovely sea and coast views over the Cobb wall and cobb harbour area. It has a fully tiled double shower with full bathroom facilities.

The well stocked bar where you can also enjoy food snacks or 3 course meals.
Ample car parking is available in local authority parks less than 2 minutes walk away and is checked regularly. Parking permits are available from the car parking attendants.
Major events in Lyme Regis include a Jazz festival, carnival and regatta week and the RNLI lifeboat week which hosts an array of events – great fun for children and everyone.

TARIFF
The cost to stay at The Cobb Arms is £90.00 for a double room including breakfast (based on 2 people sharing) children are half price.
Under 5′s FREE to stay £5.00 breakfast charge.
Dogs £10.00 per stay.
Extra adults in rooms are charged at £40.00.
Mid week discounts are available during the winter months and for fishing / diving parties when all 3 rooms are booked together.
Rooms can be booked by phone, all major credit cards accepted. A deposit can be taken to confirm booking.
Breakfast can be served between 8am and 10am; when checking in, you will be asked to tell us the time you require it you may need a lie in!! Holidays can be hectic!
Arrangements can be made for fishing and diving parties to have early breakfast.
Packed lunches can also be catered for.
