WHERE IS LYME REGIS?
Lyme Regis is situated to the west of Dorset, prodding against the fringe of Devon. You’ll find us in the centre of Lyme Bay on the Devon and Dorset border between Exmouth and Weymouth.
HOW TO GET TO HERE
Via Car:
From the north: take the B3165 from where it converges with the A35.
From the west or east: take the A30, the A35 lastly the A3052.
Via Train:
The closest station is Axminster, on the Waterloo – Exeter line. Taxis are accessible from the station, or take the 31 bus.
Via Bus:
The 31 bus keeps running from Axminster to Weymouth by means of Lyme Regis. The X53 transport keeps running from Exeter to Poole by means of Lyme Regis. The Lyme Regis Town Bus works during the time from Mondays to Saturdays.
